Small bricks meeting big tinkerers

The first weekend in June 2015 was a highlight for the Hannover Congress Centrum, HCC. Due to the third Maker Faire taking place in Hannover this year, the HCC was filled with all kinds of visitors, like e.g. students, teachers, inventors, tinkerers, or hobby electricians. The faire offered all conceivable products and inventions to the visitors, no matter if you were interested in tinkering with natural materials, or rather liked some technical experimenting, everything was possible. More than 150 Makers lured about 10.000 visitors to the fairground.

Also ALLNET participated in the Maker Faire and proudly presented the bricks.Besides the few booths in the Eilenriede hall, that a technical-based topic, our booth was pretty well visited. Visitors of every age experimented with our bricks enthusiastically. Lots of them wanted to take the Basic Set with them as soon as they saw it.

Not only adults but also kids were fascinated by the plug system and the functionality of Brick ’R’ knowledge, adults told us, they wished they could have had such an educational system in their school times. Beside this complement we heard a lot of other positive references, which make us very proud.

Smiling faces and happy children and parents are the impressions we took with us from this very successful faire.
